She's Here!!

Our baby Anna Christine arrived at 10:51am on Monday, May 28th weighing in at a mighty 8lbs 12 oz and 20 1/2 inches long!! She's healthy and happy and growing like mad!! I thought babies were supposed to lose weight after their first week, our little girl was up to 8lbs 14 oz!!

She's already lifting here head and making the cutest noises!!!


Other than REALLY tired, mom and dad are also doing great and we can't spend enough time cuddling and watching our precious baby Anna. Who knew you could spend hours and hours just watching a sleeping baby!!

So, we're not decided about posting baby pictures on the web so if you haven't received an e-mail from me yet with Anna pictures drop me an e-mail and I will add you to the list for the next round!!!


PS The numbers are in...... no one was able to guess all three for our baby Anna but Nana, KH, LJ, and LK got two out of three!!

Any day now....

Well.... no baby yet, but officially my due date is not until Tuesday (May 22) so we've still got some waiting to do!! I have basically finished all of my to do list though, so I am feeling ready and would be more than happy to have this baby today! We completely finished getting the nursery all cleaned up and set up so I'll take a picture this weekend and I'll try to get some pictures posted for everyone!

Aaaaaah........

So I had my last official day of work on Monday, and now I am just trying to relax and sleep. It sounds great in principal but I've been too busy the last few days getting things wrapped up and finished so we're somewhat ready for when Baby Massig wants to show their face to the world!! The doctor said I measuring at 40 weeks (technically I am only at 37) so we're either having a baby sooner than later or I will be birthing a GIANT. Realistically and unfortunately it is probably the latter...... :-0 !

We're getting super excited and can't wait to introduce our little angel to you all!!!

Could be Any Day!

Okay, so I decided that I would write about last Friday's hospital episode today as you'll see two posts ago. Well.....1/2 hour after I finished that post I got ANOTHER call from the doctor's office to go in for a Non-Stress Test ASAP! Everything again is great, the doctor said it was the healthiest heart beat and fetal movement they had seen all day! But they are still watching the amniotic and now I have to go to a specialist ultrasound. I'll keep you posted, but the doctor's are still really happy with how the baby is doing they just want to keep an eye on things.
